Troubleshooting
Google Postmaster
- Domain does not verify — Check that the TXT record value is correct and wait for DNS propagation.
- No data appears — Wait 24-48 hours after setup, especially for new domains.
- Access is denied — Confirm that [email protected] was added with "Read Only" access.
If the issue continues, re-check your DNS record and verify the domain again in Google Postmaster.
Yahoo CFL
- TXT record is not found — Wait for DNS propagation, then try verification again.
- Domain is not eligible — Make sure the sending domain is already configured in Aurora SendCloud.
- Verification times out — Retry after 15-30 minutes and confirm the TXT record was added in the correct DNS zone.
If verification still fails after 24 hours, contact support.
Validity uFBL
- Activation fails — Make sure your account is on a paid plan during the limited-time free trial period.
- No complaint data appears — Allow 24-48 hours for initial complaint data to accumulate after activation.
- Some mailbox providers are missing — Complaint data only appears for providers that have feedback for your sending domains.
If data does not appear after 48 hours, confirm that your sending domains are active and currently sending mail.
