New domain name. Same constraints as name: 4-255 characters total, each dot-separated label no more than 48 characters. Additional service-side rejections (41016): test domain cannot be modified; a domain with any verified configuration item cannot be modified; a domain bound to a dedicated IP cannot be modified; a domain bound to an existing API_USER cannot be modified. Renaming to the same value succeeds (idempotent).
