Delete a specified label by label ID. The label must belong to the calling account.

Label ID to be deleted. Valid range is 1-2147483646 (Integer.MAX_VALUE is reserved as an invalid sentinel); missing value returns 40014, out-of-range or unparsable value returns 40015, a label that does not exist or belongs to another account returns 40106.
