Delete an existing tracking domain by track ID. Only a tracking domain whose CNAME status is unpassed can be deleted (41022 otherwise). Deleting an auto-certificate domain also removes the Cloudflare hostname and the auto-certificate config; a manual-certificate domain's certificate record is removed; sending domains bound via category are reset to the default tracking domain. 41018 is returned if the ID does not exist or belongs to another user.
