Get the address list under the current apiUser (supports pagination query). Only active lists are returned (hidden/removed lists are filtered out).

Optional filter: lists of alias addresses separated by semicolons. Each segment must be a valid email format (40530) and at most 64 characters (40504); blank segment returns 40503.

Start position (pagination parameter, defaults to 0). Negative or unparsable value returns 40002.

Amount of results returned (pagination parameter, range 0-100, defaults to 100)
