Sending domain to delete. Must be 4-255 characters in total, each dot-separated label no more than 48 characters. Must be sent as form-encoded body with Content-Type application/x-www-form-urlencoded (a JSON Content-Type with form body leaves name unbound and returns 41001). Rejections: domain not exists 41014; testing domain 41023; verified and send-available domain 41025; domain bound to an API_USER 41024.
