Billing View:
Now view consolidated account-wide billing by service item with regional drill-down, replacing the previous separate regional views.
Overdraft Payments:
Now make single payments for automatically combined overdrafts across all regions, eliminating the need for individual regional repayments.
Billing Email Schedule:
Now receive more accurate billing emails on the 5th of each month (UTC+8) with account totals and regional breakdowns, instead of the previous 1st of the month schedule.
Note:
The Billing page updates are live.You can still view your monthly billing data after 15:00 on the 1st of each month (UTC+8).
The November 2025 billing email will now be sent on December 5, 2025 (UTC+8).
