MP Monitor — Validity uFBL Now Available

We're excited to announce the launch of Validity Universal Feedback Loop (uFBL) in MP Monitor, bringing complaint monitoring from 20+ mailbox providers into a single, unified interface.

What's New:

  • Complaint Statistics — Visualize complaint distribution across providers with an interactive donut chart and detailed breakdown table

  • Complaint Trend — Track complaint trends over time with stacked bar charts, with hover-to-view counts and percentages per provider

  • Complaint Detail — Access individual complaint records with filtering by recipient and mailbox provider Global

  • Time Filter — A unified time range selector (7/30/60/90 days) that applies across all uFBL data sections

Availability: Validity uFBL is currently offered as a limited-time free trial for paid accounts. Navigate to Analytics > MP Monitor > Validity uFBL and click Get Started to activate.
